• United Arab Emirates
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

1. Delivery Times

• Within Jordan: 2–3 business days
• UAE & Saudi Arabia: 5–7 business days

Orders are prepared within one business day before shipping begins. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or official holidays.

1. Shipping Costs

• Within Jordan: Free shipping — always
• UAE & Saudi Arabia: Free shipping for orders above 400 AED/SAR
• Orders below 400 AED/SAR: A flat shipping fee will be shown at checkout

1. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use the tracking link to follow your package journey.

1. Customs & Taxes

For shipments outside Jordan, customs duties or VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

1. If Your Order Does Not Arrive

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period. We will track the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

1. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately before the order is shipped. Once shipped, any redelivery costs will be your responsibility.
